Brian Burke - Screenwriter

As explained in her book, many strangers and friends have been drawn to Esther Luttrell with an unknown, yet self-compelled reason to tell her the most intimate stories of their loss of a loved one.

"Dear Dean...Love, Mom" is not only the story of a mother's long journey into an enlightened world, it shows how many of us are still searching for our own missing link to the "other side." Hopeful, yet skeptical, about obvious signs that are more than coincidental circumstance, Esther finally sat down and wrote the book which put her experiences into a new perspective.

We go about our busy lives possibly ignoring signs that are given to us along the way. Her story makes me cognizant of the fact that I should accept the signs that appear in my own life and use them to achieve my destiny.

Brian Bullard is a screenwriter and author of the blog "Screenwrites of Passage."
